01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "phmob," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phmob platform and its operating entity, including all affiliated services, websites, and mobile applications operating under the phmob brand.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phmob platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the phmob website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services, tools, and features accessible through phmob.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a player upon successful completion of the phmob registration process.
• "Funds" refers to any monetary balance held within a player's phmob account, including deposited amounts, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to non-cashable promotional funds credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a player's identity, age, and eligibility.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phmob platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phmob platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of phmob following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on phmob, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine regulations governing online gambling. phmob does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phmob or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phmob or any regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

phmob reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on phmob. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. phmob will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify phmob immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your account.
• phmob accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account to another person is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

phmob reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon withdrawal requests, and during routine compliance reviews. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending investigation.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

phmob supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phmob account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phmob does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster.
• phmob reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the platform's banking section.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

phmob offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Credits and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Credits must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• phmob reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Professional gamblers or those using systematic betting strategies may be excluded from promotional offers at phmob's discretion.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phmob platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern all account, financial, and conduct-related matters.

phmob uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Our RNG systems are subject to periodic independent audits.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phmob reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded — due to latency, connection issues, or any other reason — will be voided.
• phmob's decision on all game-related disputes is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in these Terms.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events and are not subject to RNG. Video recordings of all live dealer sessions are retained for dispute resolution purposes.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmob platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to launder money or use phmob for any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing legitimate transactions through your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phmob staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

09 Responsible Gaming

phmob is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phmob players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the platform per session.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the phmob platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phmob platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of phmob or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phmob platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phmob content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phmob content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use phmob's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorization.

11 Privacy & Data

phmob collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the phmob platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phmob will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide our services. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

phmob's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phmob does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk. phmob shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

13 Suspension & Termination

phmob reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of applicable fees where permitted by law.

You may close your phmob account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phmob operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

15 Amendments

phmob reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by applicable regulations, we may also notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the phmob platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
